VETRON 5064 - electronic flat bed ultrasonic welding machine

Ultrasonic machines VETRON are modern devices that are used in various branches of industry. Welding machines are equipped with the highest quality components. CONTROL PANEL

The intuitive control panel allows quick and easy access to data, management and setting of machine parameters. Programs are sent to the machine via the USB port. The panel allows you to choose different languages. After setting the machine parameters, the panel can be detached, so you can not change the program or accidentally delete it.

YOU CAN PROGRAMME ALL FUNCTIONS

Machine settings are programmed using the control panel. The set parameters can be saved so that you can use specific settings if necessary. On one machine, several production steps can be combined thanks to the possibility of programming the sewing sequence.

USER IDENTIFICATION

Users of the device are identified by a USB key. Depending on the user (technician/operator/ production manager), you can set access to specific functions.

ANVIL WHEELS

A large selection of anvil wheels makes ultrasonic welding machines widely applicable in various industries. Thanks to different wheels you can get interesting effects of extrusion or various imitation stitches. Wheels with a diameter of 45mm and 25mm are available.

FEED

The VETRON 5064 ultrasonic welding machine has a differential feed. Sonotrodes have their own drive, as well as anvil wheels. Thanks to this, welded seams have a perfect shape and do not distort.
