TYPICAL GC20606-1 one needle compound feed lockstitch with bigger hook

The higher needle bar stroke also greatly improves the work with heavy materials. Thanks to the energy-saving motor, the machine uses much less energy than a traditional clutch motor. This solution makes the lockstitch work much more quietly. The maximum stitch length in this lockstitch is 9mm. The machine also has an enlarged hook and an automatic lubrication system.

BIGGER HOOK

Among the advantages of this lockstitch, you can replace the enlarged hook, which allows you to use the bobbin 30% larger than in standard size hooks. By default, threads with a thickness of # 20 are designed for this model, however it is possible to adapt the machine to other thicknesses (eg # 15 or # 10).

COMPOUND FEED

Compound feed of the lockstitch combined with a large needle bar stroke (36mm) facilitates work with heavy materials, such as furniture and car upholstery, leather and other technical fabrics.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
