TYPICAL GC6-7 one needle lockstitch with compound feed and bigger hook

Lockstitch sewing machine for heavy fabrics ( for exapmle upholstery and leather). The TYPICAL GC6-7 lockstitch machine manages difficult materials due to compound feed and high needle bar stroke. An energy-saving motor, installed in a lockstitch, allows for large savings compared to a traditional clutch motor. The engine also works much more quietly than its older clutch counterpart. Mounting the servo motor allows you to use the needle positioning function. Machine also has bigger hook and longer stitch (8mm).

ENERGY SAVING MOTOR

The energy-saving motor installed in the lockstitch allows for a reduction of costs, because it consumes much less energy compared to clutch motors. An additional function of this solution is the possibility of positioning the needle.

COMPOUND FEED

The TYPICAL GC6-7 lockstitch machine has a compound feed (drop feed, foot and needle), which, combined with a higher needle bar stroke, which in this model is up to 37mm, perfectly copes with technical sewing.

BIGGER HOOK

The hook is enlarged, and thus allows placing the bobbin with enlarged capacity (diameter 26mm). This solution allows for a less frequent thread exchange, which is especially important in technical sewing, where thicker threads are used.
